All About Me

Matthew Tsang

Nice to meet you! I’m thrilled to invite you to my 2019-2020 i2 Project on food sustainability. I had a blast designing this website and doing research for this project. Thank you for checking it out! 

 I'm a sophomore at SHC and engage in many on-campus activities such as Badminton Club, Gaming Club, and Tech Crew. Last year, I was on the Track and Field Team. I am also a nationally ranked competitive fencer! Outside of school, I am a Youth Fellow in my District Youth Leadership Program. We are currently developing a website to benefit youths in San Francisco amidst COVID-19.  

My favorite subjects in school are typically the English and Science classes. I have always been interested in innovation, so I jumped at the prospect of creating my project about new methods of agriculture. Last year, my i2 Project was based on Entomophagy, the human practice of eating insects as a protein alternative. I will continue to pursue the topic of food for my remaining i2 Projects!
